To make your own massage oil you need a base. This can consist of the following oils and their combinations:
- Almond oil (marzipan scent)
- Argan oil
- Black cumin oil
- Shea butter
- Coconut oil
- olive oil
We advise against refined supermarket oils such as rapeseed oil and sunflower oil.
Essential oils
The oils can be used pure for massage. You can also enrich them with essential oils.
